Custom orders
Custom orders are available upon request (depending on the current availability) or when there is a commission opening. Once an order is placed and design details are confirmed, work will begin. Any changes to the design must be communicated before the work has started. Pictures, references, and other details can be sent via email at sunflower.mary3@gmail.com or direct messages on my Instagram. Please note that it is very important to have the pictures sent in good quality (not blurry/dark), especially for the pet portraits.
Timeframe: there is no guaranteed timeframe for custom orders unless there is a specific date when it must be completed. In this case, the order will be moved up front as long as the deadline is mentioned soon enough after placing the order. Usually timeframe varies from 2 weeks to a month or longer (up to two months).
All artwork is wood burned, painted and handcrafted by hand, no laser or AI technologies are involved.
The shop is usually in high demand, this is why it takes me this much time, as mentioned above, to complete orders.
Refund and Return Policy

Each piece of art is crafted with care and attention, and we hope you love your purchase. Since our art is custom-made and often one-of-a-kind,
we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following exceptional situations:
-Damages: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package. We will require photographs of the damage and the packaging to assess the issue.
-Incorrect Item Received: In the rare case that you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund upon return of the incorrect artwork.
Shipping
U.S. orders
All packages within the U.S. are shipped with First Class USPS mail. Allow 3-5 days for the package delivery after the tracking number is sent to you via email. Please note that there are no tracking numbers for letter-type orders.
International orders
At this moment we ship to the following countries: Canada, Australia, Italy, Germany, UK, Ireland, France and Mexico. International orders are mostly shipped with FedEx services and a tracking number is provided as well.
There is an additional $20 shipping cost, it DOES NOT cover possible fees and recipient (customer) is liable for custom duties and taxes.
Payment
Payment for any order must be made in full in advance at the time the order is placed.
Shop supports debit/credit cards, and Apple/Google Play payment systems. Shipping and taxes are included in the total price.
